On 15 July 2025, representatives of OHFAR had the honor of meeting with the Minister of Health of Armenia, Ms. Anahit Avanesyan, to discuss the current situation of oral health in the country.
This meeting was an important step in building dialogue and cooperation with national health authorities. The Minister warmly welcomed our board members and gave us the opportunity to present OHFAR’s mission, objectives, activities, and our flagship initiative Adamnabus, the mobile dental clinic.

The conversation touched on several critical areas for the future of oral health in Armenia:
Licensing and regulatory compliance for dental services.
Opportunities for cooperation on health education programs in schools, targeting both children and teachers.
Training and support for family doctors and medical professionals in oral health.
The need for a national strategy for oral health, addressing prevention and care across the country.
